The SKLZ Gold Flex Strength and Tempo Trainer helps improve certain aspects of your swing like tempo, lag and power. It can be used irrespective of whether you are right handed or left handed. It helps you control your tempo during the golf swing. This is great for building up the core muscles you use during a golf swing. One of the biggest problems beginners have is standing completely still. However, please know that it won’t help with the other things beginners struggle with, such as grip, grip pressure, posture, alignment, and stance. But, that being said, I really wish I had this thing when I started. One of the most important things it trains you for is patience with the downswing, giving you better timing.
